Had an appointment at 8am for tire monitoring system message. He said getting error codes all tire monitoring were showing low battery. Cost would be over $500. Told him should be under warranty. I said he needed to check with warranty company. Didn't hear anything back from him as I was in the waiting room for 45 minutes. I went in to check and he says the codes wrong on the other tires and fixing the one that needed. I was there for 3 hours. I thought it was odd that the codes cleared up all of a sudden when they were covered under warranty. And then he couldnt get me my receipt because of some excuse waiting for warranty approval and didnt want me waiting any longer. Very frustrated at this visit. More

I had two vehicles in that day. One for my Silverado and the other for my Traverse . Disappointed with both visits. Chris did not exhibit the family values of Gates at all. I feel every time he is assigned to me, he thinks I'm a dumb girl. I have been buying my cars from Gates since they were downtown on Western Avenue in South Bend in the 70's; enlisted for 9 years in the Army and I know how to do preventative maintenance and care of vehicles. He did not go over my report until I asked for him to and still don't have a clear answer to the problem. Hannah and the other girl also did not go over the results until I came back in when I was ready to leave, and told them my tire sensor was not working. First I was told to drive it and then come back and I said no. She went out to look at the vehicle and read the report that had listed it as a concern from the mechanic. I am happy the mechanic who worked on the vehicles did his or her job . I learned a valuable lesson to ask for the results report that used to always be reviewed with you when you were there before I sign again. More

I have no clue who Drew Dixon is, But Miguel Renteria was amazing!!! He was very helpful and seem to really want to help me in my situation. After putting my 2017 Jeep into 2 dealerships and them being unabl amazing!!! He was very helpful and seem to really want to help me in my situation. After putting my 2017 Jeep into 2 dealerships and them being unable to find out the problem I was at a point of needing a new car. I informed him I was on maternity leave and had just had my daughter 3 weeks prior and had to cancel her appts due to not having a vehicle. He seemed very adamant about getting me into a safe vehicle that not only I liked but would also be roomy enough for all 3 of my girls. He did just that!! He was even nice enough to keep an eye on my little one while I signed paperwork with Terrell! Overall it was just a great experience and I was very satisfied!!! I can’t wait to tell someone who is in need like I was about this great car lot, as well as the kindness and professionalism of Miguel!! More
