My experience with the dealership’s online sales team was disappointing. The online process didn’t save me any time—in fact, it added unnecessary back-and-forth before turning me over to the regular sales te disappointing. I never saw an actual sticker price and was only given verbal numbers, and all negotiating was done on a blank sheet of paper, which felt unprofessional and lacking transparency. It was clear the priority was making a sale today, not earning a long-term customer. The sales team seemed unfamiliar with basic Chevrolet product features, including that the owner’s manual is available in the app. The focus was consistently on monthly payments rather than the actual price of the vehicle.
