We came in the on a Saturday to look at the car, we have now purchased, and left with the vehicle a few hours later. Our salesperson was Brian Olds he did an excellent job, he was very attentive to our needs and very helpful with the process of our trade in and purchase. I am truly impressed with the Brian and the other people I dealt with, Mike Thompson being one who worked on the finance part of the deal. The salesman, Brian Olds, was very knowledgeable of the vehicle we were looking at and did his best to please us. She did purchase a Ford Escape and was very pleased. However, she had to come from Louisville where she is at school - she left work early to close the deal and we had to wait on the finance person (Mark) for two hours. I felt it was as if our time wasn't important. When asking for amenities (such as filling up her vehicle for her) he said "we don't do that when you buy used vehicles" and began to lecture me on when and when not we should expect amenities like that. This was not the first vehicle I have everr purchased and certainly will not be the last. When it was all said and done, he did provide her with a full tank of gas and made things "right" More
