Dishonest & Deceitful service Was told by a Gary Smith Honda service department male employee that I needed 4 new tires and that the intermediate shaft needed to be replaced as it Was told by a Gary Smith Honda service department male employee that I needed 4 new tires and that the intermediate shaft needed to be replaced as it was leaking (cost over $600). Short story is that I took my Honda to 2 different mechanics 2 months apart to have shaft double checked. Both mechanics (1 was Destin Pepboys) said shaft was not leaking. Gary Smith Honda has totally lost all my business forever. More

I found the color I wanted at Gary Smith. I called and made an out of the door offer to Ryan at Gary Smith. His manager agreed. So after weeks of looking and being frustrated at other places, I got the HR-V I was wanting within hours of calling Ryan. This year I decided to trade my HRV in at Gary Smith for a CR-V after they had contacted me several times telling me of offers they could give me for my HR-V. I had actually gone in for routine service that day on my HR-V. However, after talking to Robbie and going for a test drive in the CR-V, I decided I would trade for the larger SUV. Everyone at Gary Smith from the time you walk in the door until the time you drive your new Honda out is excellent. expensive unessasary service Took my wife's 2015 Oddessey elite in for a headlight out and to check transmission fluid. My wife was told that the front rotors were rusty and it would need a headlight assy? Well rotors get rust and when you hit the brakes no rust. Instead of just changing the headlight bulb which I researched online and were $40.00 they changed the assy at a cost of over $300.00. I will drive to Pensacola before coming back. Oh I called and the service dept was going to call me back and surprise they did not. More
