I never try leaving bad reviews but my goodness what a horrible experience I had. I waited 4 hours the first time I was there. They charged me for the oil change and thank goodness my car tells me if it i horrible experience I had. I waited 4 hours the first time I was there. They charged me for the oil change and thank goodness my car tells me if it is changed because it wasn't. I then went back to tell them and they told me it might not have been reset. I called all week to try and get a refund and no one helped me. I left multiple messages and nothing. This forced me to have to drive another 30 minutes to deal with it. I get there and they look at the oil and sure enough it wasn't changed. Then they offered me a free oil change for the inconvenience. That didn't happen. The "new" manager tells me that they can't verify that was offered. They seriously have been the worst experience I have ever had. I will definitely never do business with them again. Save yourself some trouble and go to Pensacola. More
