This review is based on three trips to Gary Smith Ford for service on a 2020 Expedition. While this dealership has been unable to address our vehicle’s malfunction with the ability to tow, that is second for service on a 2020 Expedition. While this dealership has been unable to address our vehicle’s malfunction with the ability to tow, that is secondary to the pervasive apathy of each member of the service department we dealt with. The customer service culture is this organization is seriously flawed. There was no care, concern, communication or appreciation for our business. Nick Morgan and Jim Kempton were phenomenal! Nick really wheeled and dealed to get me the absolute best deal there was. He happened to be busy with another customer so when I arrived Ross Nurrito provided all the information I needed to make a decision as to the exact vehicle I wanted. Ross was very knowledgeable, helpful,, and professional. He showed me several Mustangs and I drove 2 that Ross provided detailed information on. We then set up an appointment for 24 February at 12:30.On the 24th my wife and I visited the dealership and we were helped by both Ross and Jay. I took my wife on a short ride in the Mustang that I liked the best . Jay and Ross were fabulous as they both helped both me and my wife tremendously to get what we wanted. They both were professional and knowledgeable on everything. They were both the best two salesman I have had contact with in some time. They made it very easy for my wife and I to get what we wanted.
