Instead of trying to see the side of the customer the advisor went on the defensive and said he didnt have to do anything for us. My husband left very upset. Everything turned out ok due to Bondy Ford in Dothan ALabama coming to us to fix our vehicle in a parking lot. it was a sensor that was causing trouble in the motor. Now that is what customer service is all about. More
