There were a few issues as far as timing with repairs to be made to the truck. Collaborating with another dealership to do the required repairs as part of the sale developed into several time lines being m be made to the truck. The way I was treated by the woman working the service center desk when I came to pick up my car on Thursday, October 24 at 5:55pm was extremely disappointing. I am now planning on trading in my Kia and center desk when I came to pick up my car on Thursday, October 24 at 5:55pm was extremely disappointing. I am now planning on trading in my Kia and spreading the word to family and friends to AVOID this is particular dealership at all costs. I know what it’s like to work in customer service and I know how you are suppose to treat people and that is not it. I was accused of trying to “claim someone else’s car” as in steal someone else’s car because I touched the top of the Kia keys I thought were mine on the counter. And then she proceeded to scold me on that. I was very happy when I entered the dealership. I was shaking, upset and full of anxiety when leaving. I said hi and smiled and was very courteous. I am so so sorry I mistakenly thought the key was mine and pointed to the top of it. Did she think I was going to run out in the parking lot full of a hundred Kia’s and just press the button til I found the one to steal. The fact she even had the audacity to insinuate that is infuriating. I have spend at least 60 thousand dollars at that dealership. SHAMEFUL to be treated that way. That is no way to treat a person, nevermind a customer. More
Justin unfortunately has failed on multiple occasions to follow through on both communication and deliverables. It is pretty clear that we aren't a priority to him and are more of a bother. 1st when I was t follow through on both communication and deliverables. It is pretty clear that we aren't a priority to him and are more of a bother. 1st when I was told to pick upthe car on monday at 2pm. On that Monday I havent gotten a call so I call and leave a message. That message isn't returned so I go down to the dealer to see Justin then informs me the car hasn't een registered yet blamingit on my insurance co. However on Saturday when we signed for the car I provided my insurance info and had even called my agent who was waiting and could have done it in 2 hours, so I know it wasn't there fault. The next day i go and the car is registered Its been lazily detailed with the cabin being quite dusty. At this point Justin tells me they lost the 2nd key but he would get it into the mail to me by next week. He also assures me he will give me a follow up call. Next week comes and goes and its not until 3 weeks later where I actually had to complain to kia directly to get the 2nd key. Once again Justin misinformed me saying it would be mailed but they can't so I have to waste another trip because his lack of professionalism. Its honestly pathetic and I won't recommend Gary Rome because of it. More
