Last year someone drove out of a side street and totaled my car. That was when I truly realized how much I loved my (3rd) Tucson. I went to my dealer, Gary Rome"s and talked to my salesman, Pauli, and his my car. That was when I truly realized how much I loved my (3rd) Tucson. I went to my dealer, Gary Rome"s and talked to my salesman, Pauli, and his associate, Jack. I should mention that much to my chagrin, I burst into tears when I started to tell what happened. The two sprung into action, providing tissues, a bottle of water, and reassurance. They evaluated my car's worth so I would be sure of a fair settlement with the insurance company, and within 3 days found me a previously owned, one year newer Tucson. When my rental car use ran out before we could get paper work done (it was a holiday weekend), they gave me a loaner to use for as long as it took to get the car ready. Less than 2 weeks later, I was driving out in a car that was in such excellent shape that it seemed brand new, with a price that was close enough to my settlement to be almost painless. The service department continues to be knowledgeable, professional, efficient and friendly. I do feel like family when I go there.. I even got to talk with Gary himself, and have a picture of me with his dog, Jack! More
