Came in for service and to look at a couple of new cars Visit was a service visit. I had spoken on the phone with Vanessa Williams regarding an internet price search I did on 2017 Tucson to replace the Sona Visit was a service visit. Vanessa had John Linnehan (worked with me on the sonata) meet us at service. John set up a Tucson test drive, and then, at our request, test drives of a Sante Fe and an Elantra. Very impressed with both the cars and the quality of the people we dealt with. More

And here I am Tuesday with a new vehicle in my driveway. John could not have been more awesome, I am absolutely blown away by how easy he made it for me. As a solo female, you have to be very weary walking into a car delarship but not at Gary Rome and with John. I feel like John took care of me the same way he would want if it was his daughter waking in the door. John walked me through step by step and just made it so easy for me. He went through what I could comfortably afford and showed me awesome vehicles and helped me decide which one was right for me, all with his awesome sense of humor and jokes. Jason took care of all the paperwork and was so nice and off I went! Won't even hesitate to come see John again when it's time for another vechicle down the line. THANK YOU!! More
