We had no idea that it could possibly go that easily and smoothly. Our salesman, Pauli Bonavita, was awesome. We didn't have to haggle on price as it was as low as it could be right up front. Pauli was completely honest with us and didn't pressure us in any way. As soon as we came into the dealership, after meeting Pauli, the very next person was Gary Rome himself, who is right there behind the counter in the mix of things! After 5 minutes there we felt like family. The salespeople were not hanging around like the vultures awaiting their prey in most dealerships. The finance manager, Keith Brecher, was a pleasure to work with as well. Other than just having to sign a ton of paperwork, there was no pressure or difficulties with financing. That was just about the most smooth process we could have asked for as well. I just cannot get over how impressed I was with the whole operation. Clean, well lit, organized, and professional!
