We were referred to Gary Rome by our mechanic to have a diagnostic test done on our 2012 Santa Fe Gary Rome Hyundai has exceptional customer service! We were referred to Gary Rome by our mechanic to have a diagnostic test done on our 2012 Santa Fe and that the repair may be covered under warranty. We were pleasantly greeted by David Spafford in the service dept. He explained the process and time frame. We mentioned that we would like to test drive some vehicles while we wait and the salesman who sold us our car works here. He paged him and escorted us to the sales floor to find him and was informed he was on vacation. We were than introduced to Chad Olech. Chad is very pleasant and accommodating. He knew we were waiting for our vehicle to get fixed and not intending to purchase at this time. Chad diligently looked for a vehicle that would suit our needs with the best deals and did not pressure us into buying an expensive vehicle. David informed us of the results of the diagnostic test and that we may be faced with a costly repair. We declined the major repair and authorized the minor repairs. Chad was more than willing to continue helping us look until our vehicle was fixed. Unbeknownst to Chad we had decided to purchase a vehicle and asked to test drive the Palisade and loved the ride. We purchased the Palisade Limited. Chad we appreciate you spending the time and effort of finding us a vehicle. Appling all the available discounts, acquiring a higher trade in value for our Santa Fe and absorbing the cost of the repair of our vehicle. You made our stressful day end pleasantly. Pauli found my wallet and returned it to me. He kept me posted of everything that was going on. The transaction I had was fast and very efficient.
