All in all, a great experience. i had gone on line to check some vehicles and info out and then heard that afternoon from Jason, and we set up a convenient time the next week to do some test drives. I recently purchased my second car from Gary Rome Hyundai. I can't speak highly enough of the entire staff there, but I have to single out my sales associate, Mark Baron, and Gary Rome himself. Mark was everything that someone buying a car should have and more. He is honest, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable in regards to the automobiles and their features. Any questions I had were easily answered, and he went out of his way to make sure I left happy. I love my new 2011 Sonata! I also have to mention Gary Rome. It meant a great deal to me before I left with my new car that the dealership's proprietor himself would go out of his way to talk to me and ensure that my experience was not only satisfactory,but exemplary. This attention paid to my experience by Gary is indicative of the highest standard of customer service in auto sales, past or present, that I have ever received. This was the best experience I have ever had in sales of any form. My wife and I drove on to the lot and we met Michael Pijar, a member of the sales team. Mike defies the greasy supplicant with questionable integrity that you find at most dealerships. He was straight forward in asking us what we were looking for. He showed us several models that were based on our needs and price rather than showboating and upselling to give him a higher commission. There was no pressure and stress. We visited another dealership and got good service but mike's down to earth attitude and the product won out overall. I leased my car in February and mike has been in intermittent contact with me ever since. I had a small issue with my cars performance due to a recall and dealt with the service manager who was outstanding. Mark and Cliff worked with Hyundai to find the exact vehicle I wanted, and went above and beyond the call of duty to turn what could have been a very difficult transaction into the easiest and most pleasant vehicle purchase I've ever been involved in. Truly great people who did everything they could to make things relaxing and easy for me every step of the way. And I love the car. More

They did not have the exact car and did not try to push me into purchasing what they had on their lot. They found the exact car I wanted and delivered it within a reasonable amount of time. Mark took the time to listen to what I needed, what I could afford, and what I wanted. I have never experienced this level of service before with any dealer. We shopped for, and bought, a new Santa Fe this past week. We got GREAT service at Gary Rome! I wanted a base model, manualTucson and had done my reasearch. They listened! They didn't try to pressure me to move up in cars or get added features. In the end, we ended up with a higher model vehicle than we planned, but it was completely our choice after a test drive and hearing about the incentives. It was a great deal! And, when I needed to come back in on a Sunday to sign paperwork with my husband... they didn't try to rush us. Truly a great buying experience. Not what I anticipated at all. We have bought four Saturns in the past many years because we liked that type of experience. We were so sad when Saturn closed... but Gary Rome felt just like that. I feel like the people there will know who we are when we come in. They appreciate the business. The value each customer. Thank you! More

John (my personal car sales person )came right to me and assisted me in purchacing a Kia soul that I absolutly fell in love with. I have to say John made the whole process look easy, well it was for me... but for him.... he did alot of leg work. I can not believe how fast and efficient he was through it all. Thank you John. This is the second car that I have purchased from Gary Rome Hyundai and I highly recommend this dealership to everyone! My first experience here was when my daughter, who had just graduated from college, Rome Hyundai and I highly recommend this dealership to everyone! My first experience here was when my daughter, who had just graduated from college, bought her first new car in September of 2001 and that car is still going strong. My mother-in-law bought a new Sonata here in 2002 and then my best friend bought an XG350 in 2004. I bought my new ElantraGT in 2003 and four of my friends and three of my neighbors have bought various Hyundai models because of me. Last month, my best friend bought a 2011 Elantra because her XG350 had been totalled and yesterday, I bought my new 2011 Elantra Limited! I am giving my 2003 Elantra(which has 147,000 miles on it and looks like new) to my daughter. This dealership goes out of its way to satisfy their customers from purchase to excellent service! John Linnehan is an excellent salesperson and Cliff is a top-notch Sales Manager. I can't say enough about the warm, friendly atmosphere of Gary Rome Hyundai and everyone I know agrees. Now, my 86-year mother-in-law wants to buy a 2011 Sonata! More
