They do the next right thing! I was there this morning for service on my one year and one day old Tucson, just oil change and inspection sticker, nothing except regular maintenance I was there this morning for service on my one year and one day old Tucson, just oil change and inspection sticker, nothing except regular maintenance. An issue came up and I questioned it. I spoke directly with Mr. Rome and the issue was resolved. As I was sitting in the service waiting area I looked out over the showroom. What I saw was people cleaning, really cleaning, I saw people helping other people. It was very uplifting for a change. Then I noticed a big sign above the door that read "WE DO THE NEXT RIGHT THING" and under that "EXCELLENCE/INTEGRITY/PASSION/CARING How I was treated and what I saw at that dealership this morning convinced me that the sign is something that the Gary Rome dealerships really believe. Everyone there treats other people with respect, no question is wrong, no one is a pain in the behind, I wish that every business that I dealt with treated people this way.
