I heard good things about this dealership from word of mouth. I stopped in and was very impressed. We recently purchased a 2009 Kia Rio-5. The car has turned out to be all that we expected...very good. The sale itself went smoothly. We got both the car and warranty for a reasonable price. As for the staff at Garvey/Kia...they are not the warmest people. Having two other Kia's, I've frequented this dealership numerous times. My wife and I get the same feeling each time. They are cold! Needed to down size to a smaller vehicle and smaller monthly payment. I called Tom about 5 days prior to make an appointment with him. When I got there he had already worked up some numbers and was rea monthly payment. I called Tom about 5 days prior to make an appointment with him. When I got there he had already worked up some numbers and was ready to help me get a new car that I could afford. I ended up buying a 2013 Kia Soul, this was my 7th car that I had bought from Tom and my 9th from Garvey. Tom is an excellent salesmen, and he listens to what you need in a car and helps you get into that car....I'm sure that this will not be my last car that I buy from Tom. More

Everyone was pleasant. Service was pretty quick. Andrew went above and beyond to work with us on the paperwork for the trade in. I felt like both he and the "finance guy" were above board. That being said, working with Tom Belden to purchase our 2013 Kia Sorento was an exceptional experience. The hardest part was signing the paperwork! Tom handled the entire transaction in a professional manner while engaging us with his sense of humor and friendly disposition. He explained every aspect of the paperwork for which we were signing and educated us to the full extent on our new vehicle. There were few questions left for us to ask. He followed up via personal phone call to ask how we were adjusting to our new Kia and to call him if we have any questions.
