So so. First time visiting dealership for recall work. was not greeted upon entering until Mgr. Jeremy finally came over. Uncomfortable experience to not be greeted. I had to call myself later to see if car was ready and as they had no loaners or options to leave it all day I had to rent a car & get rides back and forth. No offer of a ride; they left it to Enterprise. I had to travel this far as no dealer in my area. Cost me lots of 4 to get work performed here. More

This was my first experience with Garvey Kia and I have to say I am very pleased with the sales service I received from Ray Ryan.
