So so. First time visiting dealership for recall work. was not greeted upon entering until Mgr. Jeremy finally came over. Uncomfortable experience to not be greeted. I had to call myself later to see if car was ready and as they had no loaners or options to leave it all day I had to rent a car & get rides back and forth.
