He seems very knowledgeable and has a good personality. The only concern I had (and I am also the blame) , is the "nuts and bolts" of the deal I made with your dealer ship. There were too many unknowns, I tried to have them explain to me, but got a vague response, or just sign here attitude. I know newer help is an OJT thing and I should of stop at times and demanded a better answer to the forms/contracts in questions that I didn't quit understand. But again, I felt I was treated fair after I got done talking to Bob again, and he did a good job and making me more aware of what I was getting into. Just a more informative approach and explaining again the "nuts and bolts" of the deal and not assuming your customers are in tune in what your presenting. Too many passive people in the world, and they don't want to come off looking stupid, so they sign away hoping for the best. You need to bridge that gap.
