It is with great pleasure that I write this review; I normally don't partake in these surveys, however I liked Brad, he was professional, respectful, courteous, honest, personable and very, very good wit normally don't partake in these surveys, however I liked Brad, he was professional, respectful, courteous, honest, personable and very, very good with me as I consider myself to be a tough person to work with. I conducted my research on the internet prior to coming in and knew exactly what I wanted when I arrived at the dealership. I shopped other local dealerships and walked away because I either didn't care for the salesperson that was attending to me or how the dealership conducted their business. Upon arriving Brad made me feel welcomed and guided me to exactly what I was shopping for without trying to up-sell, over-sell or pressure me into closing a deal. Brad should be considered an asset to Garvey Hyundai North as he made the sale seamless and expedited the entire process of purchasing my new vehicle.
