So when we purchased my wife's Tiguan a few months ago (see previous review), I really was not looking for a car for myself, however, I was so impressed with Chris Brown and the dealership that I went ago (see previous review), I really was not looking for a car for myself, however, I was so impressed with Chris Brown and the dealership that I went back to look at the GTI's. Chris spent an entire Saturday (and more) with me, trying out several models and working out numbers. What was great was how Chris did not mind spending the time and actually seemed to enjoy it. If you have shopped for a new car recently, you know this is a rarity. Chris did what he had to do to find the EXACT and perfect GTI for me. I am very particular and I am certain that I found just the right car. I love it. And the best part is that I get to continue my relationship with Reading VW as a service customer. And one more thing, Chris knows his VW's! More

Our purchase took us past the normal business hours and Chris Brown made sure the car was still detailed for us, went himself to make sure the tank was full, and insisted on staying even longer to make sure that I knew how to use all the features of my new car.
