My experience at VW Reading was superb. Prior to VW Reading, I visited another dealer and was ignored for 15-25 minutes. I felt disrespected and unvalued as a potential buyer. I left that dealership and I headed straight for VW Reading. My experience between the two dealers was like night and day. Blaine welcomed me and my family within four seconds of entering the building. There was no high sales pitch: he listened patiently to my needs as a buyer and talked me through my options. He directed me to exactly the type of vehicle I could afford and that fit my personal preferences. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and highly professional. Jason was also wonderful to work with. He explained my paperwork in detail, did not rush me on any aspect of my purchase, and was attentive. With Blaine and Jason's help, I was set up with a certified VW preowned car that offered much more value for my dollar than other dealers. This is my first time to purchase a Volkswagen, and my first interaction with the VW staff has been 100% positive. I highly recommend VW Reading. More

Recently we were looking for a new Van to replace our ageing one. Being a long time VW fan we stopped in to look at the Routan, which has proven to be an excellent Van we highly reccomend, Chris was ver ageing one. Our sales experience was very smooth with them actually saving us money on the financing as well, they beat the rate of our Cedit Union, so that is impressive. Their F&I and Sales managers were very Frienldy and helpful. Also their service manage Sal is a delight to work with. I was only interested in purchasing a Manual Transmission, Midsize 2012 vehicle. Blaine Hassler greeted me warmly as I entered the dealership, listened to what I wanted and went about trying to find my car. Never did he try to tell me what it was I wanted. In a little over a week, he found my 2012 Blue 5 Speed Passat and even drove to North Jersey to retrieve it for me. The price was no haggle and I felt I was fairly treated. The car is magnificent. The Dealership is a joy to visit. I have had my car in twice now for scheduled maintenance and look forward to speaking with the Service Manager, Sal Scarpino each time. He takes the time to ask how the car is doing, is there any help he can provide and then exactly what will be being done to the vehicle while it is there. He is also expert at the Computer which lives inside the car. It does just about everything you can think of. When I have a question he always has an instant helpful reply. I just called back to purchase a car cover and Blaine took the time to ask what I wanted in a car cover and any other options I might be looking to have. Within minutes, my selection was made and it will be being delivered shortly. I moved an hour away from Reading and still bring my car back for service. It is so worth the drive and the peace of mind. I highly recommend this dealership. More
