Straight forward and timely I evaluated a few different dealers and found my exchanges with Jason to be timely and professional. Terrible Experience I do NOT recommend buying a car from this dealership. Not only are they not friendly, but they are completely incompetent. My husband spoke to thi I do NOT recommend buying a car from this dealership. Not only are they not friendly, but they are completely incompetent. My husband spoke to this sales team inquiring about a car on their lot. He wanted to get confirmation on the availability of the vehicle to test drive/purchase a DAY in advance of making the hour and forty five minute commute to the dealership. The next day, when we arrived on the lot, we were told (unremorsefully and unapologetically) that they drove that car to a lot 2 hours away THAT morning. Apparently this place doesn't like selling cars. To make matters worse, the manager didn't even come out to apologize or talk to us, nor did our salesman!! They had the guy that drove the vehicle to the other location break the news to us. Terrible customer service and no respect or consideration for their customer's time. I hope this was an unfortunate one-time circumstance for them, because otherwise, I don't know how their business makes a dime! More
