Hello Jason I would prefer to just forget about the past and move forward. It hurts when someone does not call you back, so now you know how it feels to be ignored as I did by your4 salesman Earl Brown, and also his manager (can't remember his name now). We purchased a new car from that dealership back in 1990 when it was City Motors, and we loved it. This time was a nightmare. Hope you and the new managers can find a way to fix the problems I had. In this time of economic uncertanty, your focus is to make customers happy...even if it's a used car sale like mine.
