Bought a 2010 Honda CRV from this place. Great experience so far! The process was very smooth. The car wasn't available when I first went in, but they made the deal and located the car within 3 days, and Tim so far! The process was very smooth. I had a wonderful purchasing experience with Alwyn Douglas from beginning to end...My only complaint is with the manager, cannot remember his name...I told them that i had lost my title and they said Douglas from beginning to end...My only complaint is with the manager, cannot remember his name...I told them that i had lost my title and they said "no problem, just sign a power of attorney" i did the same day and then they told me when i picked up my new car that i had to immediately rush to motor vehicle and get a duplicate...it cost me $60.00, three hours work and i had to run back to the dealer to get them the title....not a professional way to do business...i lost money and work time... I found a used car online posted as an internet special on the dealer's website. I came to the dealership to take a look at the car but found out it was in the shop. Mike showed me a similar car but I was on the dealer's website. I came to the dealership to take a look at the car but found out it was in the shop. Mike showed me a similar car but I was already settled on the one I found online. Mike was understanding and so we discussed a deal for the car that was posted online. I felt slightly pressured into signing a non-refundable down payment on the car but I feel that Carlos was truthful in telling me the car was a popular item. Later on when I came back to make the final sale on the car Carlos was nice enough to honor the coupon on the website for 200 dollars as well as allow me to put more on credit card. Mike also helped me out by letting me park my old car at the dealership till I could pick it up the next day. However, I felt that the final sale of the car took longer than it should have because I had to wait over an hour before I was attended to. The dealer does honor their internet price without any hassle which is why I recommend it. More
Although my initial sales person was David Russo, who was very nice, I mostly worked with Brent Jackson who went above and beyond to work out all the financials with me! Aside from his keen knowledge and professionalism, he worked very hard to get me close to the price I wanted. He also took the extra step to finalize the deal when I picked up the car b/c David was off that day. Brent showed me how to use all the features, put on the temp plate, as well as the inspection sticker. I have to say, of all my experiences with buying/leasing cars, I've never had the finance person go the extra mile like Brent did and he was the real reason why I decided to go with Honda! More
