Just bought a 2010 CR-V EX-L. The price they quoted was very competitive - other dealers in NJ/NY area couldn't match their price. Arrived late Saturday evening to see the car. The internet sales person wh very competitive - other dealers in NJ/NY area couldn't match their price. Arrived late Saturday evening to see the car. The internet sales person whom I initially contacted was not available, but another salesperson, Jason Lee, effectively handled my case - from test driving to paperwork to insurance and registration. He was very courteous throughout the process and was open for various questions and last minute negotiation. One thing was that the internet salesperson told me that finance rate will be 2.9% for someone with good credit. It was not when I went there - best from Honda was 4.9%. I complained about this, and their finance person (forgot his name) tried hard and got a 3.4% financing from some other bank. I appreciated this a lot. Overall, it was a streamlined process, and I would recommend this place to others. More
