He was never pushy which is why I hate going to dealers and the experience from beginning to end was great. No pressure at all. The price I got was better than I expected which Eric the sales manager helped out with and I got into my new Honda Accord Sport. It took less than 4 hrs which was a relief because it can be a very long process sometimes. I would highly recommend Julio and if I decide to get another Honda he will be the person I deal with. He really went the extra mile, even going so far to pick my mother and I up from her house when we had no ride to the dealership. He was a pleasure to talk to! I arrived at Garden State Honda after two other dealers were not able to obtain the car I wanted. I explained to Sterling Pierre my plight. The gentlemen worked diligently, negotiating with the other dealership for my car. What impressed me the most was that they did not give up and try to sell me a car I did not want. A few days later Sterling called me to tell me the car would be available in three days. I was skeptical since I was told this at the other dealers and they did not come through. I arrived at the dealer and as promised, they had my car. We began the paper work ang got through it without a hitch. At one of the other dealers after confirming the car was available and going through the paper work process, a manager came up to me and told me the car had been leased out, then they insult me by trying to sell me a bright blue car they knew I didn't want. Adel took over and got us through the finance process, much to my delight he secured a 0.9 interest rate, he exceeded my expectations! The other dealers offered me a something like a 3.6. I left Gardenstate Honda with A big smile on my face and driving a Polished Metalic Metal Civic SI sedan with Navigation! Thanks to Sterling, Sandro and Adel, Job well done! More

We recently purchased a Honda Accord sedan from this dealership and I have to admit the entire process was seamless and great. When we entered the parking lot we were greeted by Lucas Oquendo, who showe dealership and I have to admit the entire process was seamless and great. When we entered the parking lot we were greeted by Lucas Oquendo, who showed us to his desk and began pitching details about the Accord. He took us out for a test drive, and gave the most comprehensive run-down of details about the Honda Accord as one can imagine. He sat inside basically going over each and every function of the interior buttons and described why this car was efficient (i.e. crack molds that essentially cut the wind, eco button). The knowledge Lucas has about the Accord is by far the greatest than any other salesman we have come across during our purchase process. This guy knows his stuff, so I highly recommend you ask for him. When it came to the price discussion, there's always a stall moment involved, but Lucas is a great advocate in that he brought the manager to talk with us multiple times. Rolando Polanco (sales manager), sat down with us for at least 30 minutes trying to help structure an appropriate price for the Accord. He advised us on financing and historically low rates Honda is offering, which illustrates his expert knowledge about not only sales but finance as well. The combination of expertise and professionalism demonstrated by Rolando and Lucas definitely made us seal a deal with Garden State Honda. We visited this dealership twice just for that reason. The first time, they were closing and we couldn't settle on a number, so we came back a week later. Out of all the Honda dealerships we visited, we have been treated like a proper customer at Garden State Honda rather than "another sales figure" as you may come across in most dealerships. All in all, I highly recommend any Honda consumer to go out and talk to Lucas and/or Rolando, you will not leave disappointed. More
