My husband and I recently visited Garden State Honda on River Drive simply just window shopping and checking our options on well priced CR-V's. We had already checked a few options that were available online and were able to set up a test drive appointment. We had the pleasure of sitting down with Johan to speak about our options. From the moment my husband and I walked through the door, Johan demonstrated great customer service. He was courteous and hospitable. He made sure we were comfortable and happy through our the entire process. We were able to test drive a CR-V that we fell in love with. Although the process was long, Johan always kept us updated and continuously made sure we were ok. We were able to get a good deal on our CR-V and were able to leave the same day with it. Unreliable service. Went for tire rotation. Service personnel didn't perform tire rotation. Went back to complaint and manager (woman) was arguing with me that it was performed even though it was visib personnel didn't perform tire rotation. Went back to complaint and manager (woman) was arguing with me that it was performed even though it was visible that I was right. I had a flat tire before this incident and was able to tell that the tire was in the same place after “rotation”. Since flat tire wasn't fixed at the dealership she dismissed the fact that they didn't do the work. Would not recommend to anybody, and won’t go there ever again. Don’t get fooled by these dishonest people. More

My wife and I wanted to replace our 2010 Honda Insight, which had been totaled by another driver, with another Insight. We knew what we wanted - another Insight - and we were in a hurry. Insurance check in which had been totaled by another driver, with another Insight. We knew what we wanted - another Insight - and we were in a hurry. Insurance check in hand, we showed up at five o'clock on the last day of the month. I had a price in mind, and after some back and forth they came down to our price, using some creative financing that we hadn't considered but was perfectly acceptable. It was after nine before I drove away with my new Insight, but that was OK, as I had fully expected to have to spend the entire weekend car-shopping. I returned the morning after with some minor issues, but they were quickly and cheerfully resolved by Mr. Russo. I wholeheartedly recommend Garden State Honda - they will be the first place I go for my next vehicle. More
