I knew what I wanted and, to some extent, even knew the answers to some of my questions so it was easy for me to ascertain that Simon's answers were honest - so much so that within a short time I signed a 36 month lease (my first Honda!) My decision to do so was attributable to Simon C's demeanor and expertise. I then moved into the "financial area" and met Hamad M - another friendly and efficient employee who presented and simplified the financial aspects to me (and gave me a homemade cookie from his own lunch!) That nicety aside, I was impressed overall with this dealership and highly recommend. More
