I have been shopping around for Honda Civic 2013. Garden state Honda is the first and last show room I visited. Coz..I got a very good price...I got the color I liked that's Kona Coffee. I had some issues with Finance which made me back on car purchase. Bishoy and Hamad have been extremely helpful, helped me get through all these issues. Bishoy never pushes too much or try to be influential. He is just right. Hamad did the best he could and got me good APR and both of them respond and greet the same way when we visit the show room again even after car purchase. It took 2 tiring weeks...But wait was good and I am njoying my ride. More

Natasha made my buying experience quick and easy. She answered all my questions over the phone and took the time to meet me on the sales floor, even though she was not a sales person. I was with my wife and my 6 year old daughter as we were very excited to go buy/lease and decided to drive back home a Honda civic or an accord (whichever I can get for the best deal) so we went to Honda ga very excited to go buy/lease and decided to drive back home a Honda civic or an accord (whichever I can get for the best deal) so we went to Honda garden state on route 3 in Clifton. I was first dealing with Mr. Sterling Pierre who was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I was trying to get the best deal I can get on Labor Day. I maybe was pushing a little hard,Mr sterling was going back an forth between the "????" And us to get me the best offer from "????" Then all the sudden Mr. Alejandro Estremera "the sales manager" came straight to us without introducing himself and behind him mr sterling, in a "furious commercial smile" shook my hand while standing and said: "thank you for coming we cannot have a deal, have a nice day". And that was very humiliating in front of everybody and my family as we feel we were kicked out from there and we will definitely take action against such behavior on how to treat customers. More
