I really went to the dealership to get an estimate on my used car, and actually purchased and took home a New Honda Accord that evening. I never thought it would happen so fast. It was so unexpected, and not like me. This is a plus for both the dealership, and their personnel. Julio, the sales representative was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and had a great personality. He explained all facts about the Honda and took me for a terrific test drive. while in the test car, he pointed out all information about the car and how to use it. He dealt with his manager for me. He also told me I may contact him for any reason concerning my new Honda. I also enjoyed my interaction with Victor and Sandro, who both helped with my purchase. The reason why I give this specific dealership a 5 in every catergory is because of their work ethic and perfessionalism. I have dealt with plenty of dealerships before but this particular dealership is every catergory is because of their work ethic and perfessionalism. John Mitchell has extrodinary customer service skills and seems to know exactly what he is doing and what the customer wants. Nastasha Marques was also very professional and extremely helpful. The staff offered me coffee and donuts, everyone was socialable and made it a comfortable and easy enviroment to be in. Overall, all the stuff we interacted with, including the front desk staff members, and especially Tabs, were extremely approachable, professional and prompt. The team gave us a good price, delivered as and when promised, and were helpful throughout the process. In summary, we wholeheartedly recommend anyone considering buying a new Honda to go to Garden State Honda. Lastly, we (my wife and I) love our new Accord! More
