Went into the dealership to purchase a new car. Was lied to from the onset. Was sold a V-6 car, but when the car arrived it was a V-4. They told me that I wouldn't pay for the damages to my old car or the to from the onset. Was sold a V-6 car, but when the car arrived it was a V-4. They told me that I wouldn't pay for the damages to my old car or the miles. Then they asked me to initial the contract, because they had to add in the fact that I reviewed the contract. I was in the middle of signing many papers and only later found out that what they had me initial was a statement that they added stating that I would be responsible for the damages to my old car. The sales manager said that this must have been a misunderstanding, and that it was also a misunderstanding that they would cover my overage miles, as well as the fact that the car was supposed to be a V-6. I know that those things were not misunderstandings because I was very clear with my sales person and very clear that these things were especially important to me. After I decided this deal was not for me I had to wait half an hour to get my check back. This is in addition to the 4 hours that I had already spent there. It was only when I was extremely upset that another sales person came and asked me if I wanted a cup of coffee or some water. Until that point I had been offered nothing to drink. I went to another dealer today who was exceptional and more than accommodating. What a big difference. More
These guys are the best, they will work with you to help find what you are looking for and will work within your budget and not try to oversell you. I had agreed to a price via the internet and went to the dealership. Even though the salesman I had dealt with was out they had everything in their computer. I would buy another car from Mr Shin, he was very friendly and listened to our needs and requirements. The dealership as a whole were also friendly.
