Overall ok, despite some hiccups Was very fast and straight forward. I felt like it was an honest negotiation and Marco was not trying to scam me. However, when i went to pick up the car, there was a dent in the hood, which meant a new car wouldn't be ready for several more hours. I recgonize that this was not Marco's fault, but wish this mistaje had been noticed earlier and I wouldnt have wasted time and my babysitters time. After appaprently convincing his boss to give him permission, Marco did drop the car off at my house, which made my life much easier! I just think his manager should have been more willing to let this happen earlier rather thanwaiting the whole day. Overall, a good experience. More
