The cost to repair wasn't worth it so Mike from the service department introduced me to Gabriel Bueno in the showroom. I was still a bit in shock not having expected or having given any thought to buying a car when I woke up that morning. Gabe was a Blessing. He very patiently showed me through the pre-certified cars answering all my questions, including the ones I didn't ask but should have. He quickly guided me to THE perfect car for me. He had the patience to deal with me with the financial negotiations. He then drove me to the bank and waited patiently while I arranged to withdrawal money from several accounts, and then he went to my home with me to get the title for my dear departed vehicle. Gabe was with me from about 3:30 until about 8:30 pm. He wasn't pushy or aggressive. He was knowledgable, answered all my questions, and helped get me through a most difficult day comfortably and as pleasantly as possible. Mike was a sweetheart and delivered the blow about my old car as kindly as he could. Gabriel was the perfect salesman for me. With his demeanor he Is going to be very successful. I am $19,000 poorer, but he made it painless. More
Did not buy but Sales crew were awesome I walked into Rt 3 Honda when my car have 3 months left on the lease. I was introduced to Bishoy who played NO GAMES. Got me to my first manager, Howa I walked into Rt 3 Honda when my car have 3 months left on the lease. I was introduced to Bishoy who played NO GAMES. Got me to my first manager, Howard who again played NO GAMES! Great people. I re-explored Rt 3 once my lease matured. I again met with Bishoy and a new manager Syed because Howard was off... These 2 gentleman gave me the respect and courtesy of their time and pricing. I would have purchsed my new Honda Accord there but, I needed to consult my original dealership out of respect. Jimmy D is the best. Jimmy knows his business and very knowledgeable. Natasha was very knowledgeable and knows her business as well. She had answered every question we had very thoroughly. I loved the fact that when my husband and I walked through the door, we didn't get eight sales people trying to attack us. We were greeted, asked if we needed help and given space to actually breathe and look around. Even before I entered the dealer, I signed up online for a test drive and got a call back the very next morning. I visited a different Honda dealer in jersey city and had a very bad experience, walking into garden state was a completely different. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone named Julio Castillo was very friendly and helpful. He answered every last one of my million questions very calmly and his sense of humor made me feel comfortable to openly talk about my budget and what was affordable for my husband and I. At my previous visit to the other dealer, I was there for about five hours and felt it was a complete waste. At garden state Honda, Lydia and Howard were a great help. I actually went in thinking that I was going to leave with a used car, but with their help I ended up leaving with a 2014 Honda civic ex that I am absolutely in love with. Lydia and Howard both answered every single question my husband and I asked and they helped us stay near our budget. I liked that fact that they both did everything they said they would. We were called back exactly when they said they would and gave us as much information as possible. Lydia took us for a test drive and showed and explained all the great features the car has. I can't remember the gentleman name that helped us finalize everything but he explained all the paper work and made the process quick and informative, we signed the paper work with him and finally I was leaving in my new car. I'm very happy with my experience and so is my husband Carlos. He is actually thinking about getting himself a car in September and he said that he will be calling Lydia and Howard to help him when he is ready. More
