Before arriving at Garden State Honda, I browsed so many other dealerships. Things got worse after each dealership. My boyfriend and I arrived at GSH just to browse. I wasn't looking to buy since I had been other dealerships. Things got worse after each dealership. My boyfriend and I arrived at GSH just to browse. I wasn't looking to buy since I had been disappointed many times already. We walked in and met with Johan. He was very professional from the beginning and never pushed the sale. I was interested in a few cars but really wanted to see their 06 Honda Civic Coupe. I wasn't fond of coupes but he reassured me that it was a good car considering I would usually be the only one in the car. After taking it for a test drive, we got down to business. We juggled numbers back and forth. He had no problem every time I asked him to give my boyfriend and I a minute. I was sure he was getting sick and tired of going for walks because I wanted to discuss things over with my boyfriend but he was so understanding. After going back and forth for a while, we agreed on a price and got the ball rolling with the finance department. The whole process was a breeze with Johan. Here I am, a week later and in LOVE with my new car!! Johan is a very likable person with a lot of experience under his belt. He's a people person and I loved how easy going he was with the whole process. When I go looking for my next car, I'll make sure to go back to GSH and look for Johan. Thanks again, Johan! More

My husband and I recently visited Garden State Honda on River Drive simply just window shopping and checking our options on well priced CR-V's. From the moment my husband and I walked through the door, Johan demonstrated great customer service. He was courteous and hospitable. He made sure we were comfortable and happy through our the entire process. We were able to test drive a CR-V that we fell in love with. Although the process was long, Johan always kept us updated and continuously made sure we were ok. We were able to get a good deal on our CR-V and were able to leave the same day with it.
