The first was the nitrous or what ever it is they put in the tires .I was told it keeps the air from leaking out of the tires.Well i drove 100 miles and the low tire pressure light comes on.went to honda service was told probably was the change in air tempature. i told him i was told this would not happen buy the dealer.and he just smiled. Reviewed this nitro on the computer and learned it was garabage. Next thing was car mats okay great i need car mats in my new car. went home researched car and found out it came with car mats. When i went to pick up the car the next day i asked about this and they told me it came with floor mats but the ones they were giving me were rubber.okay so im like what your selling me mats to protect my mats and thier like yes.here is where i think they were trying to rob me.Since after i asked about this .i found out they didnt even have them ready they had to go pick them up at thier other dealer .when the day before they told me the earlyer i come the better by the manager..Now if they knew i was coming dont you think they would have been ready .but no they ran out to get them after being questioned. Having bought my fifth This was my third visit to Garden State Honda. All of the experiences have been so positive I felt the need to write a review. Having bought my fifth new car I have had many experiences with the service department of car dealerships. I have had a GM, a Nissan, two Toyotas and now a Honda. My purchase was not done through Garden State Honda and yet I have been treated like an old standing customer. On my first visit I happened to get Walter as a service consultant and I have stuck to him like glue. He is attentive to my needs and makes sure that all flows well. He pulls in the right people to do what is needed. Tim, one of the sales consultant, was one of the people called upon to assist on the electronic part of the car. The car is so computerized that even though I work with computers on my job I was lost when it came to the car. Tim is a wiz, he did what I asked and gave me detail instructions and explanations of how I needed to use the system and remote/alarm that I had installed by them. Gongratulation Honda on hiring people who attend to the customer needs and provide satisfaction. More
