Every other place I went I had such bad experiences, that I thought I would never find something. As soon as I entered Garden State Honda, we were paired with Bishoy, and he was fantastic from the start. We told him what we wanted to pay and what we had to put down, and he worked with us to get exactly what I wanted. Bishoy added no extra pressure like most salespeople do, and he was so nice and easy going it made the process that much better. I ended up getting a CRV which I love, and I was so happy with the car, and Bishoy I have already told many people that will hopefully come to him in the future! Rosy was very polite and convincing me to come look at the car and talk to the team to see if they could farther assist me. I was greeted outside in the pouring rain at 7 p.m. by sales consultant Anthony William. Anthony showed confidence and knowledge about Honda services and product. He was very welcoming and persuasive. Great job Anthony I rate you a 5. I told Anthony my budget that he should not exceed and my wants in my future vehicle, and he gave me a great selection to choose from. Then I was introduced to the Manager Ed Gorham whom came to ask how Anthony was assisting me. Ed added his additional knowledge about finances and special offers. Then I was introduced to Hamad Matari, who was outstanding in getting me the best APR on my loan. His professional relationship with the bank helped get me the best APR that he could get me. I truly appreciate him for doing such a great job satisfying me plus lower my monthly payment in addition to adding a extended warranty. Gladly to say I closed the deal and brought a 2014 Honda Accord Ex, and I LOVE my new vehicle.
