Mike who is a manager is obnoxious!!!!! I even doubt that this (Mike) is his real name!!! He was so hesitant to give out his name!!!!Really bad experience!!!!! Best Experience! I have been to many car dealerships in the past few months to look for a new car because my current lease was almost up. Every other place I went I had such bad experiences, that I thought I would never find something. As soon as I entered Garden State Honda, we were paired with Bishoy, and he was fantastic from the start. We told him what we wanted to pay and what we had to put down, and he worked with us to get exactly what I wanted. Bishoy added no extra pressure like most salespeople do, and he was so nice and easy going it made the process that much better. I ended up getting a CRV which I love, and I was so happy with the car, and Bishoy I have already told many people that will hopefully come to him in the future! Great experience, great place, and great guy! If you ever come here to look for a car, ask for Bishoy Fathalla! More
