Worst experience ever. Lost my paperwork, reneged on trade in value, cashed deposit before deal was done, refused to give deposit back until next day and was late when promised return of funds would hap trade in value, cashed deposit before deal was done, refused to give deposit back until next day and was late when promised return of funds would happen. This is the second time I walked out on a new purchase and I bought a newer car for a better deal the next day. More

I drove by the used car department earlier in the week and briefly explained what I was looking for and that I planned to return on the Saturday with my wife so she can take a test drive. In my 5 minute visit I met the Salesperson Tao and his Manager Ed. I gave Tao my name, address and phone number like he'd asked and was out the door without a blink. I received one reminder phone call prior to my appointment as informed, not usual barrage of phone calls as I have in the past from other dealerships which was very surprising. After the test drive we looked and 3 different low mileage, year old models that were all available on site to compare. To make a long story short we purchased a new vehicle, also on site at a GREAT price. Do what ended up happening to me, especially if you are looking for 150 ponit inspected certified PRE-OWNED vehicle from Honda. Research all the dealer within 100 miles online then go to this dealer and spend less that you planned to on a bran new one. WOW! More

As we sat down with our family members to decided which car should we purchase for our new car, everyone said either Toyota or Honda. When we walked in to Garden State Honda dealer, we were welcomed by sales consultant name Faizur Rahman Fotik. As were already decided that we wanted to purchase Honda Civic, he took us for test drive and we got a great deal. The customer service we got at Garden State Honda was excellent. Everyone from sales associate, sales manager, financial advisor to the person who cleaned and polished the car were very friendly and professional...I would definately recommend everyone to go to this dealer if you are planning to buy a Honda. The cars are great, service is excellent, and the employees are very professional. More

This was the third time I had gone to Garden State Honda for a vehicle and was not disappointed at all. Jimmy "D" is one of the main reasons I use this dealership. Jimmy is a "straight-shooter", which is re for a vehicle and was not disappointed at all. Jimmy "D" is one of the main reasons I use this dealership. Jimmy is a "straight-shooter", which is really not easy to come by in a car salesman. He's personable, knowledgeable and just a nice guy. I leased the car I wanted at the price I wanted, in today's car world that is really not an easy task. I have to say that finishing the deal was not a long, dragged out process. They told me I could leave and come back and my new car would be ready. And it was! The paperwork was already prepared by the finance person and he went over everything with me, signed what I had to and was out of the dealership in about a half-hour. I even received a phone call from Jimmy the next day. He was just checking to make sure that my wife and I were happy with the vehicle. Jokingly I told him that we didn't think the color was really what we wanted. He said, "bring it back, we'll get you the one you really want". I told him I was kidding and he said that if it really had been the case we could have returned it. Now that's customer service. So if anybody is reading this and hedging on where to go for a new Honda I seriously suggest giving Jimmy the "shot", I really don't think you will be disappointed. More
