I went there to lease a '12 Civic for my daughter and myself. We were satisfied with the deal. We were there to get 2 cars and Tab Batts even provided lunch for us, on him. That was great. My brother was also looking to buy a car after losing his car to Hurricane Sandy. I recommended Garden State Honda and he too drove away with a '13 Civic at a great deal. I decided to stop at this dealership because it happened to be on my way home. Two salesman walked right past after staring at me for about 5 minutes. I went into the dealership and started looking at a vehicle and that's when a sales person approached me. He was very nice and friendly but that's where it stopped. After negotiating and going back and forth on price we were still apart on price. A sales manager came over and told me how other dealerships will start low and then throw all the add ons at you which bring you back up a few thousand dollars. Well then he wanted to charge me almost $200 to have nitrogen in the tires and wheel locks on the car both I didn't want. Found it funny to inform how other dealerships give you add ons you won't want and then they were going ahead and doing it themselves. I walked out with no deal and went to Rt. 23 Honda where there was professionalism , outstanding customer service, and a price which didn't have unwanted add ons. More

My temporary license plate will expired in next few days, I have been trying to call on 973-777-5100 since last 2 days and everyone transferred me to other extension and eventually phone will hung up after keep me 3-4 minutes on hold.
