I have to say that Garden State Honda is an excellent dealership. They are very professional. Jimmy is an excellent salesman he knows everything there is about all the Honda models, which you would think dealership. They are very professional. I have dealt with Jimmy for a very long time, he has sold my family cars since the 80's. I feel very comfortable dealing with Jimmy and garden State Honda. We lived them So much that we bought a 2011 Accord and then came back this year and bought a 2012 Pilot. I would highly recommend Garden State Honda More
My experience with Justine was a very pleasant one. If all car salespeople were more like Justine they would not have a bad reputation at all!! At Honda they were extremely knowledgable about the car. Justine our sales person took her time explaining the various nuances of the Accord. I was happy with the service only I was there for 6 hours and when the finance guy brought me in he showed me a low credit score which I knew in my heart was wrong so I did what I had to do but when I went h and when the finance guy brought me in he showed me a low credit score which I knew in my heart was wrong so I did what I had to do but when I went home I checked the score and I was RIGHT I did have a GREAT CREDIT SCORE that they did check and SAW cause I saw where they looked UNDER but they took the lowest score which to me is wrong to do. I made my call yesterday the same day I purchased the car so since today they are closed I LOOK FORWARD TO A CALL TO CORRECT THE SITUATION. I feel the Finance gentleman was wrong especially since he did say he saw I was never late so why use the lowest score when the highest score was fantastic. WHEN YOU GO IN TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOUR CREDIT SCORE(HAVE A COPY OF IT) KNOW WHAT PRICE YOU WANT TO PAY AND ALL THE DETAILS.........AND READ OVER EVERYTHING 4 TIMES TO MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT cause I realized there was a error after being there 6 hours when I got home they said rebates were used but it is not on the agreement. So that is something else I need to get taken care of. I look forward to adding a response to this letter that everything worked out great.... More

my visit to the showroom was to extend the lease i had on a 2009 Honda Civic. I spoke with Manny and he gave me every option imaginable. Finally, Manny gave me a deal on a brand new Accord that I just coul a 2009 Honda Civic. I spoke with Manny and he gave me every option imaginable.
