Worst experience ever. I drove by the used car department earlier in the week and briefly explained what I was looking for and that I planned to return on the Saturday with my wife so she can take a test drive. In my 5 minute visit I met the Salesperson Tao and his Manager Ed. I gave Tao my name, address and phone number like he'd asked and was out the door without a blink. I received one reminder phone call prior to my appointment as informed, not usual barrage of phone calls as I have in the past from other dealerships which was very surprising. After the test drive we looked and 3 different low mileage, year old models that were all available on site to compare. To make a long story short we purchased a new vehicle, also on site at a GREAT price. Do what ended up happening to me, especially if you are looking for 150 ponit inspected certified PRE-OWNED vehicle from Honda. Research all the dealer within 100 miles online then go to this dealer and spend less that you planned to on a bran new one. WOW! More
