We went to a Honda dealer in Long Island the day before to look at an identical vehicle. The sales person was condescending and gave us contradictory info to what we had researched on the website and spoke to look at an identical vehicle. The manager who sold me my last two cars at Garden State is no longer there so I was a little confused on who I should contact. Natasha reached out to me and assured me that I would experience the same level of customer serice I have in the past. Although I was apprehensive, I made the decision to stop in on Saturday.The level of service I recieved far surpassed my previous experiences at Garden State Honda. I came into the dealership and we were greeted immediately. We were not pressured or followed around like at most dealerships. When we were ready to ask questions John was ready with answers. Both John and Alex went back and forth to get me at a payment where I felt comfortable. During this process other staff members lent a hand at answering questions, they were all friendly and glad to help. Hamad processed my paper work for me and was nice and professional. He also answered all my questions with no problem and a friendly demeanor. I enjoyed the friendly environment and that this staff was a team they worked together instead of against each other. Of course we always want a lower price on things but in my past experience a Honda is an investment and will hold its value. More
