Johny was never pushy, he educated us and walked us through every step. I didn't even know if I was going to lease or purchase. Then Johny offered me a test drive..I was shocked since no other dealership asked us to drive before you buy. Again, I stress that he was never pushy. I would've walked out! Instead, he was calm and respectful, soft spoken and that built the trust factor in us. After we agreed on the numbers, the scary part was offered. The credit check! Both Johny and my husband gave me the confidence I needed to go for it! Johny treated us to pizza while we waited for Adel Kamel to do his magic. In the same afternoon, I received the great news. For the first time ever, I could purchase my own new car! No more used and abused cars to invest hard earned money on. I'm so grateful to have met Johny and Adel. My experience at Garden State Honda was by far the best I have had so far. I'm on my third Honda, and the service I received from Alejandro and Johnny was absolutely the best that I have had. Alejandro and Johnny were extremely friendly and welcoming and made me feel at home right away. They were both very knowledgeable with regard to the cars, features, and services offered and were able to answer all of my questions in detail. They both had a way of making me feel taken care of, and honestly, this was the least stressful and the most fun of all my car buying experiences because of these two guys. They are not only great guys, but are extremely professional and very efficient- they got right down to business and wasted none of my time. They are two of the few salesmen who know how to listen and understand what a customer wants as opposed to pushing a sale on them. Alejandro also worked very hard to obtain a price that worked for me and my budget, as a first time lease. I would 100% reccommend this dealership as well as Alejandro and Johnny to anyone looking to buy/lease- these guys are the real deal and take great care of their customers. I am giving this rating to let buyers know that the sales person I had, Alwyn Douglas, was one of the best salespersons I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He knowledge of the CRV I was interested in was second to none. Also, his explanation of the CRV was amazing. He showed me everything I needed to know from the sun roof to the radio. He made what looked to be a very confusing radio system, an ease to use. He sat down with me in my new CRV & even linked my phone via blue tooth to my new truck. A true pleasure.
