This is the second time I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a 2010 CR-V EX-L. LOVE IT! I will be honest, I went there earlier this year (around March 2009) and the manager that thankfully is no longer there would not budge on a deal so I left and was sooooo angry! Well I'm telling you that things have changed since his departure! A few weeks ago, my husband went back and spoke with Freddy. He gave us a quote, emailed it to me, held it until I was ready to buy and not only honored it when we got to the dealership but worked with us to make sure that it was the best possible deal! He was awesome! I not only would recommend them to anyone I know, but I am planning to get a new lease for my husband there as well! They worked me with me all the way, and I did not leave there thinking I've been had. If you have been there and had a bad experience in the past, put that bad experience aside and give them another chance. Things have changed for the better!! :-) More

Long story short: they promised they have 4 in stock and have one under my name. When I got there in 1 hour, was told all 4 were just sold. They then offered me a different model for much higher price. I wa have one under my name. When I got there in 1 hour, was told all 4 were just sold. Yes, I know this kind of tricks in advance, and I called three times to double check. Each time they promised "we DO have the car you want"--shamelessly, even though I told them I have to drive one hour with a 11-month old baby. They are hopeless liers. Stay away from them, you do not want to waste your hard-earned money and your precious time. More
