Before arriving at Garden State Honda, I browsed so many other dealerships. Things got worse after each dealership. My boyfriend and I arrived at GSH just to browse. I wasn't looking to buy since I had been other dealerships. Things got worse after each dealership. My boyfriend and I arrived at GSH just to browse. I wasn't looking to buy since I had been disappointed many times already. We walked in and met with Johan. He was very professional from the beginning and never pushed the sale. I was interested in a few cars but really wanted to see their 06 Honda Civic Coupe. I wasn't fond of coupes but he reassured me that it was a good car considering I would usually be the only one in the car. After taking it for a test drive, we got down to business. We juggled numbers back and forth. He had no problem every time I asked him to give my boyfriend and I a minute. I was sure he was getting sick and tired of going for walks because I wanted to discuss things over with my boyfriend but he was so understanding. After going back and forth for a while, we agreed on a price and got the ball rolling with the finance department. The whole process was a breeze with Johan. Here I am, a week later and in LOVE with my new car!! Johan is a very likable person with a lot of experience under his belt.
