Having bought my fifth This was my third visit to Garden State Honda. All of the experiences have been so positive I felt the need to write a review. Having bought my fifth new car I have had many experiences with the service department of car dealerships. I have had a GM, a Nissan, two Toyotas and now a Honda. My purchase was not done through Garden State Honda and yet I have been treated like an old standing customer. On my first visit I happened to get Walter as a service consultant and I have stuck to him like glue. He is attentive to my needs and makes sure that all flows well. He pulls in the right people to do what is needed. Tim, one of the sales consultant, was one of the people called upon to assist on the electronic part of the car. The car is so computerized that even though I work with computers on my job I was lost when it came to the car. Tim is a wiz, he did what I asked and gave me detail instructions and explanations of how I needed to use the system and remote/alarm that I had installed by them. Gongratulation Honda on hiring people who attend to the customer needs and provide satisfaction. More

2014 Honda Accord Ex-L I went in recently looking to give up my lease (2012 Honda Accord Lx) and get into something with a little more bells and whistles. He was polite, respectful and not pushy or cheesy like the typical sales person who is trying too hard to kiss your xxx. He was very genuine. He asked me what I was looking for and then he showed me different options. Even though I came in looking for a "different" car I eneded up falling in love with the 2014 Honda Accord EX-L. However I only wanted it in Pearl white. Johan was very patient when dealing with my "committment" issues. The actual car I wanted was not in stock but he worked really hard to find one and in thr end I paid less than what I wanted my montly payment max was and all I needed to do was pay first months payment. If your in the market for a Honda (this is my 3rd Accord ('95,'12,'14)) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, no I insist, that you check Johan out at Garden State Honda. More
Did not buy but Sales crew were awesome I walked into Rt 3 Honda when my car have 3 months left on the lease. I was introduced to Bishoy who played NO GAMES. Got me to my first manager, Howa I walked into Rt 3 Honda when my car have 3 months left on the lease. I was introduced to Bishoy who played NO GAMES. Got me to my first manager, Howard who again played NO GAMES! Great people. I re-explored Rt 3 once my lease matured. I again met with Bishoy and a new manager Syed because Howard was off... These 2 gentleman gave me the respect and courtesy of their time and pricing. I would have purchsed my new Honda Accord there but, I needed to consult my original dealership out of respect. I just wanted to say these gentleman were amazing and I thank them very much:) More
Unplanned Purchase My 2006 Honda CR-V died a very quick and unexpected demise forcing me to limp in to the dealer for service . The cost to repair wasn't worth it so Mike from the service department introduced me to Gabriel Bueno in the showroom. I was still a bit in shock not having expected or having given any thought to buying a car when I woke up that morning. Gabe was a Blessing. He very patiently showed me through the pre-certified cars answering all my questions, including the ones I didn't ask but should have. He quickly guided me to THE perfect car for me. He had the patience to deal with me with the financial negotiations. He then drove me to the bank and waited patiently while I arranged to withdrawal money from several accounts, and then he went to my home with me to get the title for my dear departed vehicle. Gabe was with me from about 3:30 until about 8:30 pm. He wasn't pushy or aggressive. He was knowledgable, answered all my questions, and helped get me through a most difficult day comfortably and as pleasantly as possible. Mike was a sweetheart and delivered the blow about my old car as kindly as he could. Gabriel was the perfect salesman for me. With his demeanor he Is going to be very successful. I am $19,000 poorer, but he made it painless. More
