Horrible service would not honor Honda warranty I took my 2012 Honda Accord for an oil change back in Feb and they said i needed tire rotation which i said yes to. 1 day later i noticed that they le I took my 2012 Honda Accord for an oil change back in Feb and they said i needed tire rotation which i said yes to. 1 day later i noticed that they left one lug out so I had to go back to the dealer and for something that was their mistake i ended up waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes. But that was not the all I went this week on 4/17/14 because my car had bad wheel bearings which are covered by Honda for up to 60,000 miles and they said that my rim was bent and because of that they would not fix the bearings and told me to call my insurance company or pay for the repairs. My car was never in a masive collition for the rim to be bent and my steering wheel was not shimying at all. Long story short I went to another Honda dealer and everything was fixed through the warranty and there was no bent rim like they said. Please people be aware of this service center they want you to pay for things that your warranty covers. Horrible costumer service will not recommend at all. More

Used vs. New I went to Garden State Honda to inquire about a used car and I left with a 2014 Honda Civic. The reason for this was because of Gabriel Bueno. No, he I went to Garden State Honda to inquire about a used car and I left with a 2014 Honda Civic. The reason for this was because of Gabriel Bueno. No, he did not push me to buy but he equipped me with the knowledge to make the best decision for myself. He answered all of my questions as well as the ones I did not ask. He helped me with the pros and cons of buying used vs. new. I was there for a few hours and he remained personable and helpful the whole time. If you are in the market for a new or used car, I recommend Garden State Honda and if he's not busy, Gabriel Bueno. More

The first was the nitrous or what ever it is they put in the tires .I was told it keeps the air from leaking out of the tires.Well i drove 100 miles and the low tire pressure light comes on.went to honda service was told probably was the change in air tempature. i told him i was told this would not happen buy the dealer.and he just smiled. Reviewed this nitro on the computer and learned it was garabage. Next thing was car mats okay great i need car mats in my new car. went home researched car and found out it came with car mats. When i went to pick up the car the next day i asked about this and they told me it came with floor mats but the ones they were giving me were rubber.okay so im like what your selling me mats to protect my mats and thier like yes.here is where i think they were trying to rob me.Since after i asked about this .i found out they didnt even have them ready they had to go pick them up at thier other dealer .when the day before they told me the earlyer i come the better by the manager..Now if they knew i was coming dont you think they would have been ready .but no they ran out to get them after being questioned. More
