John Mitchell I had the pleasure of leasing a 2015 Honda Pilot EXL with Navigation from Garden State Honda in Clifton NJ. I was greeted with a pleasant smile as soo I had the pleasure of leasing a 2015 Honda Pilot EXL with Navigation from Garden State Honda in Clifton NJ. I was greeted with a pleasant smile as soon as I walked in the door. I was not bombarded by salespeople hovering over me watching my every move. I walked around the showroom without any pressure. When I was ready to speak to a salesperson I was then introduced to John Mitchell. He was pleasant and sincere from the moment he shook my hand. I dreaded this process and told John that I did not want the back and forth all day between him and his manager. I was trading in a 2009 Pilot that I owned and was still making payments on. I was obviously looking for the best deal possible on my trade in. Inside of 1 hour John went over all the options, answered all of my questions, and made suggestions on how I could SAVE money leasing a 2015 Pilot. After a very short negation with his manager on my trade in John gave me exactly what I requested and was able to drive the Pilot home the same day!! Once I decided that I liked the car, Debbie Breslin crunched the numbers to make the deal happen at a price that I was comfortable with. Fred Nieves sealed the deal with the paperwork when I came back the next day after thinking about the lease, and John Mitchell was helpful and friendly to myself and my family while we were waiting to finish the deal. Emmanuel Anziani was very friendly when he came and conducted our exit interview. All in all a great buying experience. I would highly recommend this sales team to my friends and family. More

Dave’s customer service is exceptional, even including following up to be sure my new CRV was performing well. Garden State Honda’s staff and Felicia (who handled my financial interview) were friendly and pleasant as always. When my current lease ends I will be going back to Garden State Honda and Dave Russo.
