This is the approach I encountered all day long until I walked into Garden State Honda. What a difference, it changed my mood completely around. When I initially walked into the dealership I wanted this whole process to be completed quickly, and it wasnt BUT the 4 hours I was their flew by so fast because it felt like I was spending time with family just catching up and having great conversation. Lorenzo made sure my needs were met and made sure I receievd the car I wanted. He is the salesman that are few and far between and we need more like him or better yet, we need to have Lorenzo train these other horribly trained sales people on how to give the customer experience! There was an issue on my part with the trade-in as I would not be able to get the title however Gabriel was very understanding, spoke with his manager, and eased my worries saying it was "Ok" I could take back the trade-in with no hassles and both keep car price quoted and interest rate agreed upon. Ultimately I was able to produce the title for the trade-in and submitted the car to Honda. However the fact that Gabriel and this dealership were so willing to work with me in the event I could not produce the title was paramount to making this an "awesome experience". Elaine was also very helpful and expedited my car loan with the interest rate I requested with no hassles. I would strongly recommend this dealership to everyone. More
