I went to GSH to refer a friend whom wanted to purchase a 2015 Pilot, and I ended up trading in my 2013 Pilot EX for a 2015 SE! I initially was in contact with Elizabeth Sanchez in Internet Sales back in September. She was very diligent & had great follow-up through email & phone messages which enticed me to come in to the dealership for a test drive in December. Once there, I worked with the very pleasant & very informative sales team of Mario Calle & Alex Vargas. Both men were knowledgeable & worked with me to get a great deal on an Accord Hybrid. In the space of an hour, I not only took the car for a test drive but purchased it. I picked the car up 4 days later & am a satisfied & happy customer. Mitchell was my partner, not my enemy, and when he called over the "dreaded" sales manager, Alex was so professional and easy to work I could not believe this was a car dealership. I actually enjoyed working with them so much that I went back a week later and got an absolutely terrific deal on a new Odyssey with a trade in.
