I was not sure exactly what type of purchase I wanted to make, whether it was finance or lease. However, Lorenzo made it his business to guide me and provide helpful information regarding my options and programs available for me as a first time buyer with Honda. Not only did he get my hopes up, he followed through with his statement, when he said; "I will make sure you leave happy today". He took his time helping us and did NOT try to run our credit score as soon as we entered the dealership. I appreciated his humor and patience with my mother and I as we took our time to make a decision. He offered water and coffee during the length of time we were there waiting and made us feel comfortable as we conversed throughout the whole process. He went up and beyond to ensure that we left happy and with a huge smile! Overall, long story short Lorenzo is the BEST! I left the dealership with a car for my mother.
