No other dealership came close with the response time, breakdown of pricing and Garden State didn't have any other callers ringing me every hour asking me the same questions. They took me seriously from the beginning. This meant a lot because every other dealer ran me through their protocol of call backs, senseless emails and fluffy gimmicks. I had to fight to be offered a half decent deal and the 'accessory fee' is ridiculous. I purchased a 2016 Civic from Rt. 23 Honda. The sales associate there was fantastic. I was at no point pressured, I was given the bottom line deal the FIRST time which came in well below your offer and I was treated respectfully. I will not be visiting Garden State Honda again to either purchase or service a vehicle. More
