I won't go anywhere else After dealing with the people at Garden State Honda for so many years, I honestly cannot fathom going anywhere else to buy a Honda. This is about the 9th time my family has dealt with the staff here and each experience is always the same. I can not say anything but good things about everyone we deal with. Management and sales are fair, friendly, and will always make sure you leave happy when you purchase a new or used car from them! I didn't have such of a good experience in another Honda, but his kindness and most importantly being really patient because i know my dad is not the easiest customer to deal with. After financing was done, ( by lydia who did a great and fast job ) and my dad wasn't happy with the price, before we left eddy took the time to talk to us and help us with a better deal that we could work with, trust me when i know he knows his stuff! i recommend anyone and everyone to go to the passaic location if they're looking for a new or used honda , ask for Elvis Pascual. The car I was purchasing wasn't even available for test drive my.sales person didn't even say much until after they took my credit credit to make a process deal which I didn't like the process on that I felt trapped and they made me say yes that I would purchase the car and give my credit card and took my keys to the lease I was returning before I got a direct price. I wasn't shown the featured of the car and the process was extremely long almost 7 hours that's extremely long even for purchasing a car and I even had an appointment and things didn't get started until an hour after I arrived. I wouldn't recommend the place or go back. More
