He was cordial, extremely informative, very professional, and I didn't feel pressured into purchasing a car. My overall experience was awesome. I am very thankful I walked in when I did. I came out with a beautiful new car that I love. My trade in was acceptable, and the choices I had were numerous, but Marco delivered spot on with what I was looking for. Awful experience, refused to give us a car price My wife and I went to the Clifton office. Our assigned sales rep. probably meant well but knew nothing about the cars and even refused to give us a ro My wife and I went to the Clifton office. Our assigned sales rep. probably meant well but knew nothing about the cars and even refused to give us a rough idea of how much the car would cost per month to purchase. He only would run the numbers for the lease option. It really was like they didn't want to sell us a car. Things started off poorly when the rep. informed us we needed to give him our phone number, and our address for the system to work. I explained we were moving and we rather not give an address. He looked blankly at us and quipped "well then I guess I can't get you in the system." My wife and I looked at each other and then I asked "does that mean we can't see any cars?" The rep. responded coldly "that's not what I said." We ended up being driven to the Passaic location to first see a used car, which when we looked inside we noticed reeked of cigarette smoke. I explained we didn't want test drive a car that smelled so bad. The rep. understood and showed a showroom car before driving us back to the Clifton office. We then explained we would like to see how leasing compares to purchasing and roughly what the monthly payment would be. After being gone for almost 15 minutes he came back to us only with the lease option numbers. We asked again to get a rough, ball-park idea of how much the car could cost to purchase and he flatly said, "we can't give you that information" Shocked and confused I tried to explain that we wanted to have any idea of the cost of the car to make a decision about purchasing it and he again said "we can't give you that information." I said we're leaving and he rudely said "are you serious?" My wife and I had decided to leave when Frank, a desk manager, stopped us and asked what the problem was. I explained we had been there almost an hour at this point, hadn't been able to test drive a car, and simply wanted to know roughly the price difference between buying and leasing. He gave us this information but didn't once apologize for our treatment. He explained the rep. was right out of high school and remarked "there are a lot of attitudes going around right now." I cannot stress enough what an awful experience this was from start to finish. If you want a Honda you can do better somewhere else. It really was like they didn't want to sell us a car. More

Very easy My salesman Marco was outstanding. When I came in to see him he was just about ready to sit down and eat dinner but he didn't eat but rather came and My salesman Marco was outstanding. He was a great salesman able to give me information on each car I was looking at and trying to find me the best vehicle that met my needs. He spoke clearly and was very friendly and helpful and I would return there and buy another car with him. He was thorough on the day picking up the car and made sure that I understood all about the car and made sure that the car was prepped correctly. My sales Manager Frank also was outstanding. He seemed honest and very helpful and personable and made the experience of buying a new car enjoyable rather than a headache. I would surely recommend others to this location and I already did so.
