The BEST & easiest car buying experience EVER! He's the BEST We owned a '03 Civic the day we went in to get an "oil change" at the Honda service center in Passaic, NJ. I knew at some point we would need a newer We owned a '03 Civic the day we went in to get an "oil change" at the Honda service center in Passaic, NJ. I knew at some point we would need a newer car so the day before going, I called the dealership and spoke to Casey on the phone to ask some preliminary information before coming in the following day (Dec. 3). Casey took the time to come from his original store on Rt. 3 to the Passaic location to sit, explain everything thoroughly to my husband and I and also explained all possible options (leasing vs. financing). He was very thorough in helping me with my decision regarding the type of vehicle, explaining features for each car we viewed and he really helped put us at ease during the entire process. After test driving 1 possible choice for a vehicle, we decided on a 2014 Civic EX, which is a complete upgrade from the car I ultimately traded in. Casey was there to explain the process, helped complete the paperwork and just made the entire process easy. Pedro Diaz from Finance was excellent explaining all the paperwork we signed. Casey was simply a joy to work with and we appreciate everything that he has done for us to make the process of purchasing our new car painless. We even bought him lunch as a small token of our appreciation. We have another kid who is getting his license soon so we will definitely pay Casey another visit. If we could give him 10 stars, we would!! We can't thank him and the staff enough. More
