GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SALES AND MGR, JULIO CARTAGENA I bought my new 2017 Honda CRV in late May 2017 from Braulio, Salesman at Garden State Honda. I also had the pleasure of working with Manager, Julio I bought my new 2017 Honda CRV in late May 2017 from Braulio, Salesman at Garden State Honda. I also had the pleasure of working with Manager, Julio Cartagena. Both gentlemen were SUPER helpful in helping me make my decision to pick my new vehicle. And made my experience a great one also. Julio Cartagena is a very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and attentive Manager. ALL dealerships should have such leadership at their stores. The place is run smoothly, and everyone going in there gets the otherwise painful task of buying a car made into a real pleasurable experience. I loved it there so much that I also recommended my sister to Julio, and she bought her car from them two weeks ago. She is also a happy customer for having gone to Garden State Honda. I will be referring all my family and friends there, and to ask for Braulio and /or Julio Cartagena. I will be returning as well. GOOD JOB GUYS!!!! More

Absolute scam! Worst experience ever This was by far the worst experience I had. Julio is a scam artist and he no communication skills whatsoever . He literally is money hungry and all he cares about is sales . They lie to you about the fees and after you buy something they totally forget about you after you come for an issue . Julio knows how to twist words very well. Also, when I called him back, he literally hung up in my face twice because I was addressing a concern, and I was very professional with him. He got caught in his lie. I bought 3 cars from them and I will never go back. My family of 10 has bought cats from them and I will never ever have them go back. I'm done! Don't go here at all!! More
