We took a test drive, I loved the car and we quickly got the sales process underway. I was out of the dealership with my Accord in about three hours start to finish. Aroy was the key part of an extremely pleasant experience (including negotiating a trade-in for my old car). He showed me the CarFax, helped with the paperwork (there's a lot of paperwork!) and never pressured me, or steered me in a direction I didn't want to go. I highly recommend Aroy. More
