During the Covid Pandemic Lockdown my car died, already knew a Honda CRV was rated #1 by US News & World Report. Contacted Rolando Polanco, explained my situation and he sent Elvis DeLeon to my house with knew a Honda CRV was rated #1 by US News & World Report. Contacted Rolando Polanco, explained my situation and he sent Elvis DeLeon to my house with a new CRV to look over. I haggled price with Rolando over the phone (wife agreed). Elvis took me to the bank and then back to the dealership and processed all paperwork. Elvis was at my house 11 am and by 2 pm, I was on my way home with a new car! Outstanding service! Yo Elvis!
