Andrew Brown has been our service agent for the past several years, he appreciates our loyalty, and is always very thorough in recommending corrections to things before they cause bigger problems. Whenever anything unexpected comes up, Andrew is always up-front about the risks and alternatives, and is always more than fair especially if there are additional costs involved. We will surely get another Honda here when the time comes, but this one is still running so well, we might not need to replace it for a long time.
